Who We Are
Agacia Land began its foray into property development in 2010 when it acquired the 100 acres land now known as Bandar Agacia, Kampar, Perak. Its mission is to create an American/European city by bringing popular Western architectural designs and concepts into every façade of its development.
Each of its developments continued to be greatly admired for its unique American and European grandeur concept, a testament of Agacia Land’s capability to deliver architectural marvel.
NAIMAH BINTI SULAIMAN
Director
Naimah Binti Sulaiman, aged 51, one of the founders of Agacia Land, have been a Board Member since 2010. She also sits on the Board of Agacia Hotels & Resorts Sdn Bhd, Champs Elysees Electric Sdn Bhd, Agacia Education Group Sdn Bhd, Agacia Padang Jawa Sdn Bhd, Agacia Meru Sdn Bhd and Agacia Property Management Sdn Bhd. Born in Kedah in 1972, Pn. Naimah holds a Diploma in Graphic Design from Politeknik Johor Bahru. She played a key role in the acquisition of the company’s land in Kampar, Perak from the Perak State government in 2010. She is also instrumental in the success of Agacia Land’s past projects, liaising with the various competent authorities for approvals. In 2016, she was able to increase the plot ratio from 1:3 to 1:5 for the company’s Champs[1]Élysées project and recently the Château de Versailles project. In 2017, she successfully convinced the Majlis Daerah Kampar to set up Pasar Malam at Bandar Agacia. In addition, she was able to obtain approval from the Ministry of Education for Agacia College. Under her leadership, the company was able to steer through various challenges over the past decade.
LIM GEE TEK
Director
Lim Gee Tek, aged 53, is a shareholder and Director of Agacia Land since 2020. He was a Director and shareholder between 2013-2014 before he took up the position as Managing Director of Agacia Builders Sdn Bhd in 2015 to oversee the construction of Agacia Land’s project, Champs-Élysées. Mr. Lim also sits on the Board of Agacia Education Group Sdn Bhd and Agacia Meru Sdn Bhd. Born in Klang, Selangor, he graduated from Southern Illinois University, United States, in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science degree. He has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry and project management. He is responsible for the successful construction and completion of Agacia Land’s first high-rise development, Champs-Élysées, a 24-storey, 632 units serviced suites in Kampar, Perak. Champs Elysees is also the second tallest building in Perak, standing at 110 feet height. His project management skills and experience are vital for Agacia Land’s upcoming projects. He is very meticulous person and always enjoy walking the construction sites to inspect the workmanship and give advice to contractors on various construction methods.
